Dawyk Beech Guesthouse - Fleet

We had a pleasant stay, liked the place and will come back. The hotel had a suburban setting in a quiet leafy suburb. The room was en suite and new-fashioned with a marvellous view of gardens.

Nice meals with hot drinks.

The twin room was comfortable with very clean beds. It was great-sized and I enjoyed the great decor. The staff were all very very helpful and affable and provided very good service.

The quality of the room stood out, with a comfortable bed and a nice selection of teas and premium biscuits. The breakfast could benefit from more vegetable options for a fuller plate. The parking space was a bit limited for larger vehicles. A pleasant experience in a quiet area close to amenities.

Dawyk Beech provided an excellent stay with elegant decor and a peaceful garden view. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a television. The host, Nigel, was warm and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options with delicious cooked items, including fabulous poached eggs.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

The bathrooms were surprisingly spacious, and I appreciated the USB charging ports. A highlight was the cooked-to-order breakfast with delicious sausages. Future guests should ask for a room away from busy areas for a quieter experience.

Had a lovely stay! The highlight was the FABULOUS breakfast, especially the bacon sandwiches! The only downside was a minor toilet issue, but Nigel is sorting it out. 😊

The king room with garden view was really comfy and had a lovely view over the garden. The breakfast was the best part, had so many options and that bacon was amazin! Nigel the host was super helpful. We also appreciated the off-road parking and independent access to the room.

the only real downside was that the shower could've been a bit stronger, and it was a bit tricky to find at first.

My dad appreciated the fan provided for the hot day, and we loved unwinding in the peaceful garden after our long journey. Definitely a comfy spot!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy.

The room overlooked a beautiful garden and was super comfy. It was really quiet at night, although we did hear a few planes during the day, but it's no biggie. We loved that there was in-room breakfast, though we didn't try it. Perfect spot for exploring the area!

I had a lovely overnight stop at this guesthouse. Previously, i stayed in fleet, but this experience was great with its cozy king room and fine garden view. Breakfast was really good, with fresh options and perfectly cooked dishes that set a great tone for the day.

My room was a cozy King Room with a fine garden view that hit like a slice of paradise! Breakfast was nothing short of lovely, with a homemade vibe. Nigel the host were great too ensure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay!
